1 Eligibility and Age Verification

The phlaho Platform is intended solely for individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law for participation in casino-style online gaming.
• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted under applicable law.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where accessing or using the phlaho Platform is prohibited by law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of phlaho, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from phlaho or had your account terminated for violations of these Terms.

By registering on phlaho, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

2 Account Registration and Security

2.1 Single Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active phlaho account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, mobile number, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of these Terms. phlaho reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and void any associated winnings.

2.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. phlaho is not responsible for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

2.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phlaho login credentials, including your password and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login details with any third party. phlaho will never ask for your password via SMS, email, or any other channel. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify phlaho support immediately at [email protected].

2.4 Account Verification (KYC). phlaho may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) procedures before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys ID, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe may result in account restrictions.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods. phlaho currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. phlaho reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.

3.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit on phlaho is ₱20. This applies to all supported payment methods. Maximum deposit limits may apply and will be displayed at the time of transaction.

3.3 Deposit Processing. GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your phlaho wallet instantly upon successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are subject to standard banking processing times and may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your phlaho balance.

3.4 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions: (a) your account has completed KYC verification; (b) you have met any applicable bonus wagering requirements; (c) the withdrawal amount does not exceed your available withdrawable balance. phlaho aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within the same business day for requests submitted before the daily cut-off time.

3.5 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that belong to you and that you are legally entitled to use. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment methods that do not belong to you, is strictly prohibited.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by phlaho are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

4.2 Wagering Requirements. Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion details. phlaho reserves the right to void bonus winnings if wagering requirements are not met within the specified timeframe.

4.3 Bonus Abuse. phlaho actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using irregular betting patterns to exploit bonus terms, or colluding with other players to manipulate promotional outcomes. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have its bonuses voided and may be subject to account termination.

4.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. phlaho reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not adversely affect bonuses already credited to player accounts in good faith.

5 Gameplay Rules and Fair Use

5.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the phlaho Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. In the event of a discrepancy between the game display and the phlaho server records, the server records shall be deemed authoritative.

5.2 Random Number Generation. All digital games on phlaho use certified random number generators (RNGs) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. phlaho does not manipulate game outcomes in any way. Past game results do not influence future outcomes.

5.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game interruption, phlaho reserves the right to void affected game rounds and return stakes to the players involved. phlaho is not liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.

5.4 Disconnection Policy. If your internet connection is interrupted during a game round, phlaho's system will complete the round according to the game's standard rules. The outcome will be recorded on phlaho's servers and will be available for review in your game history upon reconnection.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phlaho Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargebacks, payment fraud, or identity fraud.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the phlaho Platform.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or financing of illegal activities.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phlaho staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Registering an account if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.

7 Responsible Gaming

phlaho is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a set duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the phlaho Platform.

To access responsible gaming tools, log in to your phlaho account and navigate to the Account Settings section. All responsible gaming requests are processed promptly. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the phlaho Platform — including but not limited to the phlaho name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of phlaho or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the phlaho Platform without prior written consent from phlaho. Any unauthorised use of phlaho's intellectual property may result in legal action.

9 Limitation of Liability

9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phlaho shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

9.2 phlaho's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phlaho account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.3 phlaho does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.

9.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude phlaho's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10 Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Termination by phlaho. phlaho reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) phlaho is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority; (c) phlaho reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on your account; or (d) your account has been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months.

10.2 Termination by You. You may close your phlaho account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (subject to verification and applicable withdrawal conditions) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

10.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account for any reason, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

phlaho collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the phlaho Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. phlaho complies with applicable Philippine data privacy laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

12 Governing Law and Disputes

12.1 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phlaho Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

12.3 Regulatory Complaints. If you believe phlaho has acted in breach of its regulatory obligations, you may raise a complaint with the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) through the appropriate regulatory channels.

13 Amendments to These Terms

phlaho reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phlaho will notify registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the phlaho Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 10.2.
